Law professor turned master life coach, Michelle is passionate about teaching people how to regulate their nervous system. Her mission is to support and teach high-achieving women nervous system solutions for their anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout. 

She teaches women simple steps to re-prioritize their lives so they can renew their energy, reset their mindset, and be present for the people and things that really matter.  It's learning the balance of give and take, embracing the rhythms of motherhood, and setting important boundaries to fiercely protect their non-negotiables.
